 1. DTF Transfers and Patches
Rugged Sunshine Designs is not responsible for any issues or defects that may occur when DTF transfers or patches are pressed by anyone other than our business. We cannot verify that the correct pressing methods have been followed in such cases. To ensure the best results, please carefully follow the instructions provided with your order.

2. Returns and Refunds

• DTF Transfers: All DTF transfers are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Apparel: Apparel items may be returned if they are unwashed and unworn. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Patches: Patches may be returned if they have not been pressed or altered in any way. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the returned patch is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
